A great strength/functional fitness based gym! Class sizes are small enough so that there's time and attention spent on demo-ing moves and correcting form.

My friend and I are more beginners but there are also really advanced people at the gym as well, so the range is great and I don’t feel intimidated at all. Coaches are approachable and also take time to get to know you. They have a neighborhood vibe and the people I’ve met in class have all been really nice.
