Prenatal Classes

Our prenatal classes are designed to support you through the beautiful journey of pregnancy! Join us on Thursdays from 5-6 PM for our weekly class led by Coach Ivana. She emphasizes muscle development, core strengthening, and building your confidence, all while ensuring your safety and well-being. Engaging in strength training during pregnancy can make childbirth easier and enhance your physical recovery after giving birth, allowing you to bounce back more effectively. Experience a nurturing environment that empowers you during this special time!

In our Youth Program, teens discover that fitness can be enjoyable while gaining a deeper understanding of the importance of movement for their current lives and future well-being. Many young people today tend to focus on a single sport or spend excessive hours in front of screens, leading to a predominantly sedentary lifestyle. At Gowanus Fitness, Coach Kat has designed our nutrition coaching program to be flexible and sustainable, ensuring you can easily incorporate it into your lifestyle.   • No contracts – Membership plans are recurring monthly plans. In order to cancel your membership before the next calendar month begins, you must complete the cancellation form on our website at least 10 days before the start of the next calendar month.
  • Switch plans – You may switch plans any month and as often as you’d like.
  • Additional Class Policy – If you complete your plan in any given month, you may purchase 1 or 2 additional classes for $15 per class.
  • Class Rollover Policy – Members are allotted 5 rollover classes per calendar year at no additional cost to utilize when they’d like. If you have unused classes in any given month, you may roll them over to the following month.
  • Open Gym – Unlimited access to Open Gym hours at no additional cost (except for the 4 classes per month plan). Open Gym hours are Mon-Fri 6am-12pm, Mon-Thu 6-8pm, and Fri 5-7pm.
