A strength & conditioning class for adults over the age of 55 who want to move and use their bodies. They are not content with sitting on the couch as they age. Classes will focus on building muscle, increasing & maintaining bone density, and improving cardiovascular function, balance, coordination, and mobility. No fitness experience required. All abilities welcome!
