Maintain your fitness as you age.

A strength & conditioning class for adults over the age of 60 who want to move and use their bodies. They are not content with sitting on the couch as they age. Classes will focus on building muscle, increasing & maintaining bone density, and improving cardiovascular function, balance, coordination, and mobility. No fitness experience required. All abilities welcome!

This is not a bootcamp. There is no pressure here! We meet you wherever you're at in your life and fitness. Our classes are designed to adapt to you and how you're feeling.

Small Classes

We limit our classes to six people. We keep classes small so that we're able to pay full attention to you. That way, we can support and provide the correct care for each person.
