That’s why we’ve created a postnatal program that helps women feel strong, supported, and confident as they reconnect with their bodies. Since 2022, our mission has been to guide women through every stage of motherhood with safe, thoughtful strength training. Our postnatal class continues that commitment.

Rebuild Postpartum Strength Safely

Led by Coach Ivana, this small group class (capped at just 8 women) blends gentle core and pelvic floor work with progressive strength training to help you rebuild your foundation at a pace that feels right for you. Whether you’re newly cleared to exercise or returning months or years later, you’ll receive personalized coaching, clear guidance, and an empowering environment where every woman is encouraged to grow. It’s also a space to connect with other moms, share experiences, and feel supported as you navigate life after birth-physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Strength That Supports Recovery

This program is designed with the postpartum body in mind. We focus on rebuilding strength from the inside out. We start with breath-work, deep core activation, and gentle mobility before progressing into full-body strength training. Movements are chosen to support healthy pelvic floor function, restore core stability, and improve posture and lifting mechanics. Whether you had a vaginal birth or a c-section, you'll move at a pace that feels comfortable while still making steady, meaningful progress. All exercises can be modified or scaled up based on how you feel each day, so you're always training safely and effectively.

Connection in Every Class

With a maximum of 8 women per class, you'll receive personal coaching, individualized adjustments, and a sense of community that larger classes can't offer. This intimate setting allows you to ask questions, get hands-on guidance when needed, and feel truly supported as a mom navigating a major life transition. It's a space where you can connect with other women who understand what you're going through, celebrate your wins, and show up exactly as you are. Sleeping babies in strollers are welcomed, making the class as accessible and stress free as possible.

Coach Ivana is certified, experienced, and deeply committed to helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their postpartum bodies. With years of experience coaching both pre- and postnatal clients, you'll be guided by someone who understands the physical and emotional changes that come after birth as well as how to safely rebuild strength through every stage of recovery. You'll receive clear instructions and thoughtful progressions throughout training cycles.

This class supports more than just your fitness! It supports your whole postpartum journey. By strengthening your core, improving your pelvic floor function, and rebuilding total body strength, you'll feel more capable in everyday life, whether you're lifting a car seat, carrying a stroller up the subway steps, or getting back into the activities you love. It also gives you a dedicated hour each week to focus on yourself, reconnect with your body, and prioritize your wellbeing. Over time, you'll not only feel stronger physically, but more grounded, energized, and confident in your new role as a mother.
