Safe and Effective Strength Training Pregnant Women!

At Gowanus Fitness, we understand how essential it is for pregnant women to feel strong, safe, and supported throughout their journey. Since opening our doors in 2022, we have been proud to offer prenatal classes specifically designed for expecting mothers, emphasizing strength and core stability.

Led by Coach Ivana, our small-group classes (capped at just 8 women) ensure personalized attention and modifications tailored to every stage of pregnancy. You’ll engage in safe movements, build strength, and foster confidence within a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. Additionally, these classes provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers, sharing experiences and building a supportive community as you embark on this exciting new chapter together!

Our classes are intentionally kept small, capped at just 8 women, to foster a close-knit and supportive environment. This personal approach allows for individualized attention from Coach Ivana, ensuring that each woman receives the guidance and modifications tailored to her unique needs. In this intimate setting, you’ll form meaningful connections with fellow expectant mothers, creating a strong support network as you share your experiences and challenges throughout your pregnancy.

Coach Ivana brings over a decade of experience in training prenatal and postnatal women, making her an invaluable resource for our classes. Not only does she lead safe and effective workouts, but she also educates women on how to alleviate common, and not-so-common, aches, pains, and discomforts associated with pregnancy.
