Led by Coach Ivana, our small-group classes (capped at just 8 women) ensure personalized attention and modifications tailored to every stage of pregnancy. You’ll engage in safe movements, build strength, and foster confidence within a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. Additionally, these classes provide a wonderful opportunity to connect with other expectant mothers, sharing experiences and building a supportive community as you embark on this exciting new chapter together!

I started working with Ivana about a month before I learned I was pregnant. She eased me back into a training regimen, then once I learned I was expecting she was able to pivot seamlessly into a challenging yet safe prenatal training program. On days when I felt particularly nauseated or unwell, Ivana was able to easily modify our program.
I can't say enough good things about their prenatal classes! Though not new to fitness and strength training, I started very rusty. I feel much stronger and more confident in my body's abilities now. Coach Kat has created a challenging, yet customizable program. She is able to adjust and modify for all fitness levels and stages in pregnancy. It's a welcoming, comfortable space, which I look forward to belonging to well beyond this prenatal period.
I've been going to the prenatal classes for a few months, and it quickly became one of the highlights of my week. Coach Kat is super helpful and keeps the classes small, which makes them feel very welcoming and a safe space. The classes are FUN and I can feel how they help my body (and mind) during this big transition in life. I'll definitely continue with post-natal classes and regular classes later on. Can't recommend the prenatal exercise class highly enough! I was searching for prenatal-specific exercise classes that could help me stay fit without worrying about hurting myself through improper modification at a standard class. Most classes out there are just prenatal yoga, but I wanted something that gave me cardio and strength training.
The prenatal class with Ivana is awesome. I was new to strength training and she takes great care of me. I had only ever taken yoga and Pilates classes but was eager to work with heavier weights now that I'm in my 40s…and expecting a baby! This has been a perfect addition to my workouts.
