CANCELLATION

You may cancel your membership at any time. To do so, please complete the form below. Cancellations are not accepted in person, online, or over the phone. This form will serve as your 30-day cancellation notice as required by your membership agreement. Your membership will be cancelled 30 days from the submission of this form. If you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 30-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled. All payments are non-refundable.

If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (you are always welcome back!), your membership rate may be higher as rates are subject to change.
