Postpartum Training

Our Post Natal program is designed to help you recover safely, efficiently and with ease. You will work 1:1 with a Certified Trainer who will ensure that your initial session covers a full assessment, as well as working together to understand what your goals are. Your sessions and home plans will be both comprehensive and individualized – to help get you to where you want to be!

You will be working with a Certified Trainer who has been in the field for over a decade. Your sessions will be designed for what you want to achieve, but will also provide you with education on ways to improve some Post Natal nuances, like C-section scar management and carpal tunnel syndrome.
